Event Planning
Our event coordinators serve as your primary source of information and assistance throughout the planning of your event, including budgeting. Our planning services run the gamut. We'll coordinate everything from room set-up and technology, to recreation and transportation.
Recreation Arrangements
Let our staff coordinate a recreational outing or team-building activity to compliment your groups planned event. We can tailor single or multiple excursions including golf, whitewater rafting, fly fishing, sporting clays, upland bird hunts, nature walks and cook outs. You name it, we will make it happen.
Catering
You can customize an existing menu or create a special menu for your group, including themed menus. Low-fat and vegetarian options are available, as well as menu selections for individuals with dietary restrictions or allergies. These quality services are provided through our partners at CP Hospitality.
Culinary Team
The amazing talent of our culinary team begins with Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager, Scott Duarte. Chef Scott, a native of Clarksburg, WV, developed his culinary expertise while working in renowned resorts such as the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club and the Greenbrier, as well as the Tamarack Conference Center in Beckley, WV. His team of equally accomplished culinary artists brings years of expertise, taste and style to the on- and off-site catering services at the Bridgeport Conference Center. |
