We adjoin the 116-room Wingate Inn and we are immediately adjacent to the 86-room Microtel Inn & Suites. Both are easily accessible from the conference center. We can also arrange lodging packages for you and your guests.
Can food be served at my event in the Bridgeport Conference Center?
Yes, we can accommodate food options from appetizers at receptions and light lunches for meetings to full buffet banquet dinners and plated gourmet meals for special events. Our executive chef can design a menu to suit your taste buds.
Are decorating services available at the Bridgeport Conference Center?
Yes – your event coordinator can help arrange everything from decoration details and room layouts to floral arrangements and amenity bags for your guests.
What sorts of entertainment options are available?
The Bridgeport Conference Center features a full line of audio-visual equipment for meetings, presentations and entertainment. We can accommodate everything from live music groups to dj’s and karaoke. Lighting, staging, and dance floors are also available.

Yes. We have plenty of free on-site parking available for guests.
Can alcohol be served in the Bridgeport Conference Center?
Yes. If you desire, a open bar or cash bar may be set-up for your event. We also offer the option of having beer and wine only.
